Eligibility: The Contest is open to residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time the Contest commences. The Contest is subject to all federal, state and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited by law or regulation. Participants agree to abide by the terms of these official rules and by the decisions of Sunless, Inc., which are final and binding on all matters pertaining to the Contest. The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any participant that it determines, in its sole discretion, is ineligible to participate in the Contest.

Summary / How to Enter: In order to enter the Contest, you must fill out the provided form on http://www.sunlessinc.com/retailcontest. You will not be entered into the contest without taking the above step.

There is a limit of one entry per participant. All participants will receive one free sample kit. The winner will be randomly selected by Sunless, Inc. There will be a total of 1 random winner as follows: One random winner will be chosen on June 30th. The decisions of Sunless, Inc. are final.Entries using macro, robotic, script, or other forms of automatic entry will be disqualified. Entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be returned. Proof of submission does not constitute proof of receipt. If there is a dispute as to the identity of the entrant, the prize will be awarded to the authorized account holder of the e-mail address associated with the winning entry. The "authorized account holder" is defined as the natural person to whom the e-mail address is assigned by an Internet service provider, online service provider, or other organization (e.g., business, educational institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. If a dispute cannot be resolved to Sponsor's satisfaction, the affected entry will be deemed ineligible.

Prizes: Each participant shall receive a sample kit from Sunless, Inc. One random winner will receive a SunlessPRO Retail Starter Kit, valued at $3,500. Prizes must be claimed within thirty (30) days. Prizes are not redeemable for cash. Prizes are not transferable, and no substitutions are allowed except by Sunless, Inc., who reserves the right to award a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize is unavailable. Unclaimed prizes will not be awarded. All taxes and other expenses related to any prize are the responsibility of the prize winners.

Cost: There is no cost to participate in the Contest. No purchase is necessary.

Dates: The Contest will begin April 01, 2012 at 12:00 a.m. and will end on June 30, 2012 at 11:59 p.m. Sunless, Inc. reserves the right to modify or change the dates of the contest at anytime.

Limitation of Liability: If for any reason the Contest is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of the Contest, Sunless, Inc. reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the Contest, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Contest. Sunless, Inc. assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries. Sunless, Inc. is not responsible for problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers, or providers' computer equipment, software, failure of any e-mail to be received by Sunless, Inc. on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to participant's or any other person's computer related to or resulting from participation or downloading any materials in this Contest. Entrants acknowledge that Sunless, Inc. is not responsible or liable for any warranty, representation, or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to any prize.

Jurisdiction: Any dispute that may arise hereunder shall be brought solely in the appropriate state or federal court sitting in the State of California, and participants consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such court.
